painting face

the last days i,ve been painting some heads, i bought these at Crisis from redstar miniatures a new Belgian companie.
they are heads for some modern russians from the chechen war line of redstar.
i have the rest of the russian line so lots of painting to do

my little tank

yes finaly i painted something.
its a Hetzer tank, i know the numbering might not be historical correct but i liked the look of it.

now i got the colors right (i wrote them down this time) i,m planning on painting more tanks so i can field 600 points of tanks to start playing some games.

hey its been a whyle since my last post, but i havent been slacking.

the heat of the summer prevented me of painting, so i had this idea of a mobile paintingstation.
i vould have bought one but where's the funn in that.
no i designd my very own and here is the result, now i can paint anywhere.

poor tank :(

hi everyone,





back from my holliday, i went to friends who where in the belgian ardennes near La Roche


where i spotted this poor little sherman tank, it had a run down with some nasty germans and it looks like this one tank lost


there are some realy big holes in the front that shouldnt be there

And last but definitely not “the last” my shermans, this is where it whent wrong.
At the games store I go to (de dobbelsteen <- look a link thingy) in Den Bosch, some FOW fanatics (sorry guys) held a demo day.
Stupidly I singed in and thought I shouldn’t go empty handed and painted a Sherman box.
I had so much fun painting them and yes ill admit the game is fun to that I didn’t stop painting FOW stuff SO……..More to come!!

Now to keep this blog running I also have a pic of a 28mm pak 40 I had laying around
I needed some practice with my airbrush so 90% of this fellow is done without a brush It turned out quite good in my humble opinion (PS its not finished it needs some more work)

work in progress 88


I’ve been playing Flames of war for a few weeks now.
I knew the miniatures and had some but I went to a demo day at our local store
And I’ve been hooked since.
I started playing with Americans (pics wil follow) but I,m starting a German army also.I had two 88’s laying around and as a kind of test painted these up, and this was the result.
